Various Engineering Projects
Woodley Coles have carried out Quantity Surveying and Cost Management Services on numerous engineering projects supporting operational pharmaceutical facilities over the past 23 years. These range and include Upgrading Dry Vacuum Pump Control Systems, Upgrading LEV Extract to Filter Dryer Glovebox’s, Condenser replacement projects, Process Solvent Tanks, Cooling Towers, Wash bays, Glass wash areas, Hazard Storage, ATEX lighting upgrades, Goods lift upgrades, facility alterations for new specialist purchased equipment and energy efficiency plug fan upgrades.
We have also completed a number of Chiller projects of various sizes across a number of Pharmaceutical facilities across the UK and Europe which include replacement Chillers for office write up areas and replacement of R22 Chillers with Ammonia Chillers for process areas.
