Ebbsfleet Green Primary School
Ebbsfleet Green Primary School, located on the brownfield site of the old Northfleet west substation provided a new 2FE primary school. The project was constructed using an offsite modular form of construction and includes for basic teaching areas, hall, studios, dining area, learning resource areas and storage. External works encompass a multi-use games area, sports field, playground, parking and drop off area to serve the new school.

The project and Contractor were procured under the national SCAPE framework utilising the NEC form of contract which consisted of two separate delivery agreements and advanced payment in order to secure the manufacturing slot with the modular supplier whilst developing and completing the Stage 4 design.
Woodley Coles successfully provided Quantity Surveying Services on this project from inception through to completion. This project successfully achieved handover in October 2021, with external works completed in summer 2022.
