Project Update – Waltham Forest College

Nearly there on this outstanding pool repurposing project for our client, ‘Outstanding’ Ofsted accredited Waltham Forest College!

This area was a redundant swimming pool and has been DfE funded to convert it into a truly unique teaching and learning space. Great space utilisation with redundant GIFA now to be fully utilised. All hands-on deck for the final push to get these works over the line.

The team comprises Woodley Coles LLP providing QS services, IMS Building Solutions Ltd, Leadenhall Project Manager, Max Dewdney – Studio Dera, CPW and Structural Design Studio.
